If your hip bones are big then there's nothing you can do except wear darker colors since dark colors slim. You are overweight, so you can begin to lose weight by exercising regularly and eating less junk food.

According to your BMI, you are overweight. A healthy BMI would be 130 pounds at your height. Just stay active, and stop drinking cola or candy if you do.

J asks:
I've contantly been reading up on-line about acne, but I can't seem to find anything definite. I've always been told not to believe every thing that I read on the internet, so I'm a bit stuck on what it the truth and what is false. I'm avoiding what big companies say about acne because I believe it's just about business when it comes to the things they say. Lies are money, right? They claim that food doesn't cause acne, but I've recently read that it actually could. I want to believe that because it makes sense, but I'm still not sure. I have a relatively good diet, yet I still suffer from pretty bad acne. I've tried to stay away from carbs, which Dr. Mercola claims is the main cause of acne, but it's my "filler" food. I can't seem to aviod them unless I want to feel hungry all the time. I am aware that genes could also be a factor and also the fact that I'm fifteen, but wouldn't that still have to tie in to the internal system? All pimples are caused by is clogged pores. If I can find some way to reduce the sebum production, my acne will lessen, right? But how do I do that, internally? Actually, the only definite thing I could find from sources all over was that over-washing your face is not very beneficial, yet if I want to unclog my pores during my shool day, what other choice is there than to wash my face any time I have a chance? I know it will cause irritation, but it just doesn't make sense when people tell me not to wash my face over two times a day but with topical medication it says to apply three to four times daily AFTER washing your face. I'm extremely confused and I can't see a dermatologist like you probably thought your answer would say. I would be highly grateful if you would give some personal feed back or the truth if it exists. Thank you very much.

adam32m says:
It could be caused food, but stress is a more likely the reason. Carbs are important, anyone who says to avoid is misinformed. Acne is more common in the teenage years, don't worry too much over it.
Personally, topical treatments worked for me if I used them twice a day, but you shouldn't use it everyday. They probably state use 3 or 4 times a day so you use and buy more of their product. |

anonymous asks:
Basketball season is starting in 2 weeks, but all of this week and next week, we've been doing conditioning.I havent been trying to stay in shape during the summer so I know that I'm out of shape. Lately my muscles have been really sore and not even painkillers can relieve my pain. Also during conditioning, I tend to lose all my energy very quickly. Is there anyway to boost my energy and get rid of the pain in my muscles? I usually condition everyday, and since Im usually sore from the day before,it makes it harder for me to run and stuff. My parents have suggested to miss one day of conditioning, but Im scared that would hurt my chances of getting on the basketball team. I'm a freshman btw, so basically it's either make the team now, or never.
|
adam32m says:
Your body isn't used to the new conditioning. After a couple days your body will get used to it. Hopefully the coaches have designated rest days, probably during the weekend.
